How to Hire the Community Centre
Availability
The Centre is open from 9.00am till 11.00pm seven days a week (except Christmas and Boxing Days).
Bookings are made via the Bookings Secretary by phoning the Centre on 01736 763102.
Charges
Hire of the facilities is normally by the hour, see below for details. Charges include electricity and central heating (which will be pre-set to suit the period of hire). Occasional users will be asked for a refundable deposit. Special arrangements can be made for extended periods of hire (please consult the Bookings Secretary).

Conditions of Use
The Centre is a community resource rather than a commercial enterprise and, although there is a full time caretaker, we do ask users of the facilities to cooperate in the smooth and economic running of the premises by following these guidelines:
•please leave the Centre as you find it, clean, tidy and with the furniture replaced
•cleaning materials are not provided, please bring your own
•if possible, take your rubbish away with you, especially empty bottles, cans and packaging
•if the central heating is on, please conserve heat by not leaving doors open
•the period of hire includes set-up and close-down time and this will be charged for
