A great and fun
way to keep fit. The stability, or Swiss Ball as it's known, is used in Pilates
and by many physiotherapists to help tone and strengthen the body. Its main aim
is to improve core stability, which in turn improves posture and helps to
strengthen back and abdominal muscles.
The
class starts with aerobic warm up and then training on the Swiss Ball. These
classes are designed for all abilities even complete beginners.
Please arrive 10 minutes before the start. The class is 1 hour. Bring a still drink and, if you like, a towel. Please wear comfortable clothing & trainers. Praa
